I describe the Seven Dimensions of the man. These are, 1. The Physical, 2. The Mental, 3. The Social, 4. The Moral, 5. The Spiritual, 6. The Creative, and 7. The Rational. I define Whole Food as substances consumed by the man to provide support to the Seven Dimensions of the man. Hence, Whole Food is defined as the Spectrum of Seven Colors.
